New Year"s Eve 2014

We had a New Year's Eve party at our house. My parents and Emily came. Heather and Adam and their kids also came.

Here we are counting down and watching the ball drop. We may have done it 2 hours early, but that's ok.

Adam graciously served the sparkling cider.

Adam is also the master storyteller.

Here's to an awesome 2015!

Family Christmas Parties

We had a family party at Grandma and Grandpa Hendrickson's house.
The house was pretty crowded.

Noah and Abby both insisted on sitting on my lap.

Caden loves the Broncos!

Abby enjoyed destroying all the wrapping paper.

Of course we had to end the night singing Forgotten Carols.

Then it was off to Grandma and Grandpa Eyre's.

I think Caden was excited to get a Jazz jersey.

Halle loves anything to do with Frozen.

I think Caden is addicted.

It was a fun day spending time with family!

Christmas Day 2014

Santa was very nice to the kids this year!

Noah got a bike, Tinker Toys, Mickey Mouse piano and books, Thomas the Train, Wall-E and clothes.

Halle got a doll with clothes and a couch and a tent, an Elsa Barbie and clothes.

Caden got Minecraft Legos, Snap Circuits, a football, Sponge Bob Legos, a basketball, Diary of a Wimpy Kid book and clothes.

Abby got a car, a Carebear and a laptop.

Halle's doll even came with matching clothes for her!

Christmas Eve 2014

This year for Christmas Eve we decided to eat "horrible" dip and sub sandwiches. It was much easier and our kids love them. This is our attempt at a family picture. We tried.

Of course we had to retell the nativity story. Our kids are pros at this.

Abby was very entertained!

We got to open our Christmas jammies and take our yearly picture by the Christmas tree. It's hard to get all 4 kids smiling and looking at once.

Now it's off to bed so Santa can come!

Christmas Music Program

Caden and Halle performed in their Christmas Music Program in December. Their elementary has tons of kids so they did it at Clearfield High School.

The music teacher has to have a lot of patience to deal with all of these kids.

Disneyland In December Day 7

Day 7 was our last day. Lucas's family slept in and we went back to Disneyland for one last time.

It wasn't very busy because it was raining a little bit so we were able to ride a lot of rides before we left.

Abby gets very excited for Small World.

The decorations at Big Thunder Ranch.

Caden and Lucas had to go on Splash Mountain. Even in the rain it's fun.

Our attempt at a picture by the castle.

Halle tried to take a picture of me and Lucas by the castle.

Lucas finally got a turkey leg. It was massive! It fed our whole family.

Caden is the corn dog man!

While we were getting our family picture taken by the giant Christmas tree we got photo bombed by a couple of familiar characters.

We met up with Lucas's family at Downtown Disney and went to the Lego Store.
The Lego creations are amazing!

The kids were very excited to play with all the Legos.

Our year of Disney had to come to an end. It was sure fun while it lasted and we created many memories! Hopefully we'll make it back there soon. Bye Disney!
