Abby's 1 Month Pic With the Bear

Abby turned 1 month old on December 26th.
She is definitely awake more and she smiles a lot.
I couldn't just pick one picture because there were so many cute ones.

She also took her first "real" bath the other day. No more sponge baths.

Here's some other cute kids. Lucas gave them each one of his hats and they were pretty excited.

Christmas 2013

Caden came in our bedroom at 2:30, 3:30 and 4:30 to see if he could go see what he got. I kept telling him to go back to bed. We finally had to wake them up at 8:00. Funny how that happens.

Here's Halle with her presents. She got Trixie the skateboarding dog, an Easy Bake Oven, Pop Star Barbie, a Furby and some art supplies.

Caden got Disney Infinity, art supplies, Diary of a Wimpy Kid books, Angry Birds and a pogo stick.

Noah got a Sponge Bob pillow pet, Bullseye, a Mickey Mouse CD player and a train.

Halle loved her Furby until it started talking like a boy and then she freaked out. Luckily it turned back into a girl.

Noah loved his toys too.

All Caden wanted was Disney Infinity so he was very happy Santa didn't forget that.

We weren't going to my parents house until Christmas night so we had all day to play with our new toys!

Caden loved his Monsters Inc. hat and gloves. He sleeps with them too.

Lucas got Back to the Future Legos.

Caden and Halle got a lot of clothes from me. I don't think they were very excited.

This look says, "Lucas, what did you do?" I got him a Dr. Pepper shirt and...

He got me one too. Great minds think alike I guess.

We had to take a nap. Christmas wears me out.

Abby's cute Christmas outfit.

My parents surprised the grand kids with tickets to Disneyland! We're going in like a month!

My mom gave them each a bag with fun things for the trip.

Can you tell Halle's exited?!

Caden is lucky and got a lot of money. He's already talking about how he's going to spend it.

Halle got a cute Minnie Mouse Barbie.

Noah loves his new remote control car!

Each of the grandchildren painted a picture for Aunt Em.

I think she liked them.

My dad got some binoculars. Can you see land?

Caden is counting his money with his new digital piggy bank.

I think everyone got what they wanted. It was fun to spend time with everyone this Christmas Season!

Christmas Eve 2013

We had yummy ham for our Christmas Eve dinner. Our home teacher gave us a ham last year and this year. I hope he keeps up the tradition because it's delicious and our kids love it!

Here they are waiting with anticipation so they can open their Christmas jammies...

Posing in front of our "giant" Christmas tree. We put our piano in our living room so we can't fit our big Christmas tree anywhere. Lucas calls this our Charlie Brown tree.

Twinners!

Abby slept most of Christmas Eve, but I think she enjoyed it.

Of course I had to have some chocolate pie before I went to bed. I saved some for Santa too.

Hendrickson Family Party

We had the Hendrickson family party at Heidi's house since Clyde and Norma are still on their mission. We carried on the tradition and had soup and sandwiches. We were able to Skype with Grandma and Grandpa while we were there too!

Everyone got to meet Abby for the first time!

Mike was a little scared to hold such a small baby.

The cousins were very excited to exchange gifts.

We completed the evening with singing some Forgotten Carols. Lucas and Adam are such great singers!

Noah was really sick so he had to stay at Grandma Eyre's house. He was very excited to open his presents when we got home!
