First Day of School

Halle's first day of 2nd grade! She had team teachers this year...Mrs. Thompson and Mrs. Montgomery. She had Mrs. Thompson in 1st grade so she was really excited to have her again.

Caden's first day of 4th grade. He had team teachers also...Mrs. Griffin and Mrs. Sherman.

We went to Camp Fife for Cub Scout day camp.

4th of July 2015

We went to Nephi to celebrate the 4th of July. I love going to the carnival at the park!

Halle and Noah had fun on the bouncy slide. 

Halle rode the train ride. They had this when I was a little girl.

We went up the canyon to my Aunt Sandra's property. It was beautiful!

End of School Year Fun

At the end of 3rd grade Caden did an Economics Fair. He called his store Bob-Mart and he sold lego mini figures, origami and paper jerseys. He was vey proud of himself.

Halle got to have a food fight at the end of 1st grade. I think she was a little hesitant at first, but she really got into it.

Grandma Eyre's Birthday

In June 2015 we celebrated Grandma Eyre's Birthday. All the grand kids helped her blow out the candles. 

Her birthday is always around Taylorsville Dayzz so we always have a built in birthday party.

Boil Advisory

In June of 2015 we had a boil advisory in Syracuse for our water. It had become contaminated and we had to boil all of the water that we were going to use for drinking or cooking. It was not fun! I put tape on all the faucets so we would remember not to use them. In a way it was kind of nice for me because we used paper products for every meal so we wouldn't have to do dishes. I tried coming up with meals that used the least amount of dishes...frozen lasagne, pizza, hot dogs. We had to do this for 5 days and those were the longest 5 days of my life. You should never take clean water for granted! 

My mom let us use her water cooler for drinking water.
