So I have to admit that I am kind of addicted to the talk show Studio 5. Lucas gets really annoyed because most of our conversations consist of what I learned on Studio 5 that day. The hosts are kind of lame, but I like all the interesting topics that they talk about. One of my favorite things are the recipes they make. This week I actually made 2 of them. One day they were talking about quick and easy meal recipes.(I'm all about that) They used the Four Cheese Rice a Roni and added hamburger to it. It was actually really good. I liked the rice without the hamburger too. The other one I made was their recipe for Cafe Rio Pork Salad. I kind of got sick of that salad because I ate it so much, but this turned out really good and it was really easy to make. The rice was very delicious! Here is a link to the recipe. http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=204&sid=5617824 If you haven't watched the show you should check it out. It's on channel 5 at 11:00 am.
I wanted to post this video of Caden on the last post, but it wouldn't work. Emily has a really cute video of Caden singing I Am a Child of God on her blog.

Happy Late Valentine's Day
Valentine's Day was a lot of fun this year! Lucas made heart shaped pancakes. I was very impressed. If I did it, it would've just turned into a big blob. Lucas and Caden spent most of the morning shoveling the driveway. I can't believe how much snow we've been getting! After that we went shopping and had dinner at Wendy's. Can you guess who chose the restaurant? Thanks Lucas for putting me in charge!
Here's Caden and Lucas out in the cold. Caden couldn't find his shovel so he had to use the hoe. I guess it still does the job.
Caden is very cute!Halle is winking at all the cute toddler boys!
Caden decided to dazzle all the girls with his amazing singing abilities.

Tagged!
Devon tagged me so here it goes...
1. Go to my documents/pictures.
2. Go to my 6th file folder.
3. Go to my 6th picture.
4. Blog about it.
5. Tag 6 people to do the same. This is a picture of Lucas by the Leaning Tower of Pisa. I was trying to make it look like he was holding it up, but it didn't really work out that way. We went to Europe almost 4 years ago (I can't believe it was that long ago). We didn't have good luck with trains while we were in Italy. They ended up having a train strike so we were in Venice longer than we thought we were going to be. We only had an hour in Pisa so we took the bus to the tower and took some pictures and got back on the train. That's probably the only thing to see there, but I wish that we weren't so rushed.
Now I tag Amy, Laura, Emily, Jana, Mindy, and Melanie

Halle can walk!
I was worried that Halle was never going to walk. She would take a few steps here and there, but she still crawled everywhere. Her 15 month appointment is approaching and I didn't want to tell the doctor that she couldn't walk. I don't know what got into her last night. She stood up and decided that she was going to walk and she's been walking ever since then.

Halloween and the Super Bowl
It's been 3 months since Halloween and Caden finally decided that he wanted to wear the monkey costume. He found it in his closet and he brought it to me and said he wanted to get his picture taken in it. I was shocked and he actually wore it for a while. I guess it's better late than never.Halle was feeling left out of the picture taking. She kept saying cheese when I was taking pictures of Caden.
Caden and Halle had a lot of fun with the 3D glasses that they handed out at the store for the Super Bowl. Anything to entertain them!

The Next American Idol
I turned on American Idol last night because I thought Caden would be excited to watch it since he is obsessed with it. Right when I turned it on he ran out of the room. I thought that was kind of strange, but I kept on watching it. A couple minutes later he ran down the hall wearing all of his American Idol attire. He was out of control and he sang the whole time the show was on. My favorite songs were Old McDonald Had a Farm and the ABC's.(Halle joined in with that one)
Here's some cute pictures...
