We have been putting this off for far too long...taking off the training wheels. Caden is a very fearful child and he would never let us do it. We kept telling him that most of the Sunbeams can ride a two-wheeler. (except Halle, but that's a different story) He finally gave in a let Lucas take them off.
There were many tears shed and he eventually gave up, so the saga continues. Hopefully he will muster up the courage to try again. Maybe he will acquire the skill before he moves onto college. We can always hope.
Basketball
We told Caden if he played soccer last Spring, then he could play basketball when he got to Kindergarten. He was very excited because that's what he really wanted to do. It is so funny to watch 5 year olds play basketball because most of them have no clue what is going on. There are a select few that actually know how to play the game and they definitely dominate. I wish we would've taped the tip off because that was the best part. All of the kids watched as the ball rolled down the court and all of the parents are screaming "Go get the ball!". Finally all of the kids understood and there was a mad dash for the ball. It was definitely entertaining.
All of these pictures are just because I love my kids and they are very cute. (enough said)
